An amazing beachfront property with 6 magnificent bedrooms that sleeps up to 14 people. A fabulous wooden walkway welcomes the guest to the house while enjoying the jungle. Feel the ocean breeze coming through the main palapa after the stunning rock archway.

The outdoor areas include a spectacular pool from side to side of the property, next to a pool lounge and an outdoor dinning/lunch table terrace and a pizza oven.

The design and decor of Cuixa Mar are Mexican inspired, each room has a Mexican State name where one can enjoy from their unique interior design. The outdoor areas have a lot of Mexican original artisan crafts brought from throughout Mexico.

The media room is located next to the main living room area, that can be used for a small business meeting, or just relax and watch TV, play games, stream movies, or work.The small Palapa Terrace is a great area for intimate gatherings and fantastic sunsets, situated on top of the beach, with a fabulous cantilevered deck that can be used for a romantic dining experience or schedule a relaxing massage while enjoying the ocean sounds.

Enjoy an intimate dinner in the main dining room with a 20 person table. Delicious dishes are prepared by our magnificent chef.

Special events can be served on the main outdoor area that can hold a large buffet or even a small party or wedding.

While at Cuixa Mar, guests can enjoy all the water toys we have to offer, such as paddle or surf boards and kayaks. A private tennis court is also available for the guests, located at the back of the house with an exclusive house entry (all tennis gear available), right next to the gym where fresh towels and cold drinks will be provided.

Hotel W Punta Mita is located 5 minutes away from the property (Golf cart distance), where Casa La Cuixa guests can enjoy a massage at the wonderful spa, have a reservation for dinner at their exclusive restaurants or just enjoy a drink at the chic-Mexican themed W lounge.
