The villa’s three luxuriously appointed additional guest bedrooms – one another Master Suite – are located on the lower level in a peaceful private tropical garden. Also on the lower level is a TV den with a 65’’ Curved 4 K TV and large oversized sofa – children often enjoy sleeping in the TV den – for the family to enjoy a movie after a day in the ocean, on the golf courses or playing pickle ball, or tennis. The second master bedroom, and guest bedroom 4 have large bathrooms and walk-in closets, all three guest bedrooms have private terraces that give access to the lush tropical garden, perfect for children to play in an enclosed, safe environment, the second master bedroom has an additional interior terrace with two comfortable sofas, another private retreat to read a book and get out of the sun when needed! All bedrooms have spacious and luxuriously appointed bathrooms.
