We hope that you and your families are all staying well, safe and healthy through this COVID-19 pandemic. July was an extremely active month, the busiest for our team this year, and the busiest July on record, in regard to active interest, virtual and live. We currently have an exponential increase in deals currently in escrow, signed, and in process of closing, additionally, we have several more that we are currently negotiating, all things being considered, we are on track to have our busiest and most productive third quarter on record. Finished inventory is selling, our challenge is fast becoming the increasing lack of finished inventory, prices are remaining strong and unchanged at this time.

The sanctuary that is our region is shining and various people from cities in Mexico, USA and Canada are capitalizing on this by moving in after buying their new place in Paradise, with finished properties being the most in demand currently. Strong protocols are in place to ensure a safe environment for people to enjoy the ocean breezes and tropical climate that our destination has to offer, giving extra relief during these otherwise uncertain pandemic times. Para nuestro equipo, julio fue un mes extremadamente activo, el mes con más movimiento en lo que va del año y el julio con más interés registrado, tanto de manera virtual como presencial. Actualmente tenemos un aumento exponencial de acuerdos ya en "escrow" (agente de depósitos), firmados y en proceso de cierre, además de otros que se están negociando, considerando todo esto, estamos en camino de tener nuestro tercer trimestre más activo y productivo en varios años. El inventario de propiedades ya terminadas se está vendiendo, nuestro desafío se está convirtiendo rápidamente en la demanda de este tipo de inventario, los precios se mantienen firmes y sin cambios en este momento.
