July was an extremely active month, the busiest for our team this year, and the busiest July on record, in regard to active interest, virtual and live. We currently have an exponential increase in deals currently in escrow, signed, and in process of closing, additionally, we have several more that we are currently negotiating, all things being considered, we are on track to have our busiest and most productive third quarter on record. Finished inventory is selling, our challenge is fast becoming the increasing lack of finished inventory, prices are remaining strong and unchanged at this time.

The sanctuary that is our region is shining and various people from cities in Mexico, USA and Canada are capitalizing on this by moving in after buying their new place in Paradise, with finished properties being the most in demand currently.
